So I haven't been taking many photos lately and boy do I miss it. This morning I was digging up a photo from last year and ventured into my Florida file, and yeah I didn't find it in there, but I got well, hung-up there as I saw many photos that I hadn't gotten around to processing. I found some really sweet ones that, let me tell you, have gotten me so excited for spring and summer!!! And just when I was feeling quite blue about my photography I saw these and it brought a smile to my heart. And so this morning I spent ALOT of time processing and pulling arhived images. What a great time to get caught up - yeah, I've been putting it off and off. My poor computer is saying ... "more memory please...or perhaps it's RAM .... or ??" Anyway, here's what made my day this morning.
This is my nephew and he has the most amazing eye lashes! What a little heart-breaker. He was such a sucker for the camera and was more than happy to be infront of it. I of course, lovvve that. :)
Here is my oldest nephew and he is full of smiles and giggles! Oh the faces he can make for the camera. Yup, I've got them and have yet to process but I will.
Ok, this is not a family member or a human. Can you guess what this is? Here's a hint. It's dangerous and it's name starts with the letter "A".
And here's another one of my sweet nephews. He was so cute. I promised him that I would take him some photos of his final soccer game. It was so fun to watch him play. He gets right in there and follow the ball. He made several attempts at kicking into the goal and it was very exciting. So, K, here's your action sports shot. :)
This location was sooo lovely, perfect for a wedding or formal. Oh my goodness if I lived near there I would shoot there all the time! Lovely columns and archways. And so I just had to snap the little princess as she delighted us all with her walking. She's the baby in the family and oh so busy.
This was one of the last shots that I took of my sweet little niece during our visit. We were simply out in the driveway waiting for my upcoming shoot with a neighboring family. (Such a sweet family!) Here she sports a familiar outfit - pampers. And I just couldn't resist getting her in action as she played happily completely amiss to my camera in her face. So cute. I really love this age - 12 mos.
Meet the fuzzy family member . . . Ellie! She's a young Pug and full of kisses and smiles. She's very sweet and our kids adored her. My daughter carried her around on the beach and loved her up. What a sweet dog. (Maria... how'd I do?)
And here is a shot from another occassion... an evening walk with our son in early fall of last year. I took this shot of him handing me a dandelion. I don't know why it is but both of my kids have enjoyed picking these little dandy's. I had forgotten about this photo. I just had to play with it today. My creative juices are flowing and it's just dandy. :)
So the weather here has greatly improved and we have had two healthy weeks of sun! Spring is well on the way and the trees are budding and birds are returning. It is great!
Thanks for stopping by!

Those pics are "just dandy", acutally better, please get your camera out and make some more! I miss the inspiration.
Very nice indeed, I think you need to get out and shoot us some recents to keep me and maria inspired. I love the light airy feel to these, very spring-like.
